You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
ServiceGo is an online platform that connects customers with service providers. We do not directly provide the services ourselves but facilitate the connection between customers and verified service providers.
When you book a service through our platform, you are entering into a direct agreement with the service provider. ServiceGo acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the performance or quality of services provided by third parties.
Service providers may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. ServiceGo shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
While we strive to connect you with quality service providers, ServiceGo does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of services. We recommend reviewing provider ratings and feedback before booking.
All payments for services booked through ServiceGo are processed in accordance with our Payment Policy. By using our services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings.
While we make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our platform are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
All prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any additional taxes that may apply to your transactions.
Customers may cancel bookings in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in our Payment Policy.
Service providers may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered alternative options or a full refund.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Service providers agree to perform services professionally, ethically, and in accordance with industry standards. Any violations of these standards may result in account suspension or termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall ServiceGo's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ServiceGo and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
